This is an excellent opportunity for your company to put on a recognition event and placing different personnel with one another that normally do not work together. This gives your people an opportunity to see and hear about each other’s job functions in a fun atmosphere.

The event is ideal when staying two nights. The first night is mostly checking in and getting acquainted while drinks and snacks are served. This is also the time where we announce the predetermined teams followed by a brief safety meeting and introduction of the fishing guides.

The next morning the fishing commences around 6:30 am until 2:00 or 3:00 pm. Between 3:00 and 5:30 pm is an opportunity to clean up and rest after a long day on the water. At 6:00 pm the crawfish boil or shrimp boil or shish-ka-bobs begin while the designated teams begin the washer tournament. The following morning is checkout by 11:00 am.

Teams are built using simple things like sharing the joy of:

• who caught the largest or smallest fish,
• who brought down the tastiest duck,
• who ate the most at the crawfish boil, or
• who WON at washer's or ping-pong!
